The onboarding fee covers the analysis, setting up the pricing tools, optimising your listing(s) and the initial strategy. One-time, upfront, depending on the number of properties. The current rates are introductory rates, temporarily reduced for the first clients.

The performance fee is charged only on new bookings that come in after the start date of our collaboration. Existing bookings are completely excluded. The higher your annual revenue, the lower the percentage.
All percentages calculated on gross booking revenue, excl. VAT.
Any booking that comes in after the official start date of our collaboration. Bookings already in your calendar at the time of starting are excluded, even if those are still in the future.
On the gross booking value, excluding cleaning fees and tourist tax. Additional guest charges do count. Payment term: 14 days after invoice.
We collaborate for a minimum of 6 months. After that, monthly cancellation with 30 days notice. Revenue management only really works when you go through a season together.
For a host with 1 property (approx. $30K annual revenue), the break-even is an 8% improvement. For a listing in the Netherlands we saw +30.3% nightly revenue in the first 4 months, more than 3x the break-even.

When you want your listing fully optimised, but aren't ready for an ongoing collaboration. I handle the analysis and all improvements. You don't have to do anything.
After the listing review, my involvement ends. With ongoing consulting, I stay involved, continuously adjusting pricing, monitoring performance and optimising week by week.
I only start when I see at the intake that there's room to improve your revenue. After 6 months we evaluate the results together. If your annual revenue after 12 months is no higher than the year before? You get the full onboarding fee back.
